We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you may return the product within 30 days.

• The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process
To initiate a return, email us at contact@shop-lunia.com with your order number.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued within 3 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refused Parcels
If a parcel is refused at delivery (except in cases of defective products or shipping errors on our part), the outbound and return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer. In this case, only the product cost will be refunded, excluding shipping fees.

Warranty
Our products come with a 2-year warranty. If your product is defective, contact us and we’ll provide a replacement or refund depending on the issue.
